Payment Terms

Tuition Fees

Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available if requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided no more than 2 classes have been attended
• Partial refunds may be issued for exceptional circumstances at our discretion
• No refunds will be issued for technical issues outside of our control

Scheduling and Attendance

Session Scheduling

Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Tutors and students should be online at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations

• Students must provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations
• Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled
• Rayhaan School reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of tutor unavailability with at least 6 hours’ notice

Class Conduct and Expectations

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Show respect to tutors and follow their guidance
• Come prepared for each session with necessary materials
• Maintain appropriate behavior and dress during online sessions
• Complete assigned homework and practice regularly

Tutor Qualifications

All Rayhaan School tutors have been verified to have appropriate Quranic knowledge, teaching experience, and have undergone our screening process. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as student progress depends on individual effort and consistent practice.

Intellectual Property

Course Materials

All materials provided during courses, including but not limited to presentations, documents, recordings, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Rayhaan School or its content providers. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose other than personal study without express permission.

Session Recordings

Online sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By using our services, you consent to these recordings. Recordings will not be shared publicly without express permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Technical Requirements
